Duties
- Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring a comfortable and safe experience for clients
- Consult with clients to understand their desired lash look and recommend suitable styles and lengths
- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization standards of tools and workstations to ensure client safety
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, concerns, and aftercare instructions
- Promote retail products related to eyelash care and upsell additional services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients,
and processing payments
- Foster a welcoming setting by engaging with clients professionally and building lasting relationships
Experience
- Prior experience in eyelash extension application is required
- Strong retail sales skills with the ability to upsell products confidently and effectively
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain procedures, aftercare, and product recommendations
- Customer service experience in a beauty or retail setting is highly desirable
- Ability to multitask at the front desk while maintaining attention to detail during lash application
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning about new techniques, trends, and products in the beauty industry
