Bevel is a new premium-casual restaurant opening soon in Yaletown by the team at Dovetail. We are looking for dishwashers that bring a positive, outgoing energy, and have either part-time or full-time availability with a willingness to either open or close the restaurant.

Responsibilities

- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, glassware,



utensils, pots, and pans using proper cleaning techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure all equipment is functioning correctly.
- Assist in organizing and storing clean items in designated areas for easy access by kitchen staff.
- Support food preparation activities by handling food handling tasks as needed under supervision.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to uphold sanitation standards throughout the kitchen.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes during busy service hours.
- Help with general kitchen cleaning duties to maintain a hygienic work environment.
