If you are passionionate about swimming and teaching, look no further! We are currently seeking a energetic and creative Instructor/Coach who is not shy to help our paddlers achieve their swimming goals.
What you will be responsible for:
- Creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment for young and adult paddlers
- Evaluate paddler's swimming ability and adjust lesson plan accordingly - we will train you on our curriculum and levels
- Maintain a clean environment in and around the pool area
- Have a personalized and caring touch with each paddler and their guardian to create a positive experience
What will be required:
- Your 100% engagement and attention to all paddlers of all ages
- Ability to provide private or low-ratio group lessons
- Current National Lifeguard qualification, Standard First Aid with CPR-C qualification or equivalent
- Competitive swimming background is an asset
- NCCP qualification is an asset
- 1-2 years of experience teaching swimming
