- Greet patients and visitors warmly, providing excellent customer service while managing check-in and check-out processes
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record (EHR) systems




- Maintain accurate medical records by updating patient information in EMR systems
- Answer multi-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, appointment reminders, and managing clinic correspondence

- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology,
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy front desk environment while maintaining accuracy in medical records management
