About the Role

As a Registered Massage Therapist, you'll play an important role in helping patients reduce pain, recover from injuries, improve mobility, and enhance their overall well-being. You'll work alongside physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment focused on delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Responsibilities





- Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic massage treatments based on patient needs and goals
- Support rehabilitation and injury recovery in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate, timely, and professional clinical documentation
- Educate patients on self-care strategies and wellness practices when appropriate
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience through compassionate, client-centered care
- Contribute to a positive, skilled, and welcoming clinic environment

Requirements

- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- Holds professional liability insurance
- Is reliable, punctual, and professional
- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Provides compassionate, patient-focused care
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Demonstrates initiative and a commitment to ongoing professional growth

Previous clinical experience is an asset, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
