Mustang Powder is hiring a Lodge Administrator for the upcoming winter season. This is a hands-on role at a remote, all-inclusive cat skiing lodge — long days and real logistics, deep in the Monashee backcountry.
Season & Training
Training begins in our Revelstoke office in November. Lodge training runs Nov. 20 through end of November, ahead of guest arrivals. The season runs into mid-April.
Schedule
Approx. 10 days on, 10 days off, at our remote lodge in the Monashee Mountains.
What You'll Do

- Coordinate guest logistics — helicopter transfers, late arrivals at the trailhead, and the constant small stuff that keeps a remote operation running
- Handle payroll, bookings, and POS with accuracy and attention to detail
- Chat with guests throughout their stay and feel comfortable speaking in front of a group
- Jump behind the bar for an hour during early-evening rush to support the bartender
What You Need
- Experience with Excel, payroll, booking systems, and POS
- Sharp attention to detail
- A Serving It Right certificate
- Comfort with public speaking
- Energy to match long days in a fast-moving workplace
What You Get
- $275/day (based on qualifications and experience) + tips, approx. $150/day
- Private bedroom at the lodge, all meals provided
- Fuel covered from your home to our trailhead and back
- Roughly 1 day of cat skiing per week — not guaranteed, but it happens
