Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and technology-focused Junior IT & Digital Operations Specialist ( (IT Support, Website Management & SEO) to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional who is interested in developing a broad skill set across IT support, AI-powered solutions, website management, SEO, and digital operations.

The role combines approximately 70% IT Support and 30% Digital Operations. The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem solver who enjoys supporting customers, troubleshooting technical issues, researching solutions, learning new technologies, and contributing to technology-driven business improvements.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in IT services, gain hands-on experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, and develop skills in emerging technologies and digital solutions.

Responsibilities

- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and assist with daily IT operations.
- Troubleshoot Windows computers, Microsoft 365, software applications, printers, and basic network issues.
- Set up, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, mobile devices, and peripheral equipment.
- Assist with user accounts and basic system administration tasks.
- Research technical issues, identify solutions, and continuously improve IT support processes.
- Support website management, SEO activities, and digital technology initiatives.
- Assist with evaluating and implementing new technology solutions, including AI-powered applications and automation tools.

Qualifications Required

- 1–2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a similar technical support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows computers, Microsoft 365, software applications, printers, and basic networking.
- Experience with computer setup, configuration, hardware troubleshooting, and user account management.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with users and clients.
- Ability to research technical issues, learn new technologies quickly,



and follow documented processes.
- Basic understanding of website management, SEO, or digital tools is an asset.
- Interest in emerging technologies, automation, and AI-powered solutions is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a technical team.
- Valid Driver’s Licence.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in an MSP, help desk, or managed IT services environment.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, user management, and cloud-based services.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience with website management, SEO tools, or digital marketing platforms.
- Experience using SEO analysis, keyword research, or website performance tools is an asset.
- Interest in emerging technologies and experience evaluating productivity or automation tools.

Salary: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
