We are seeking a friendly and efficient Barista/Customer Service team member to join our dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, prepare high-quality beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages using POS systems.
- Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance the customer experience.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including food handling and food safety compliance.
- Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Manage time effectively to serve multiple customers efficiently during busy periods.
- Uphold food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times.




- Engage with customers to answer questions about menu items and recommend products when appropriate.

Experience

- Previous barista experience or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience in food industry roles involving serving, food preparation, or food handling is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
