Prestige Monitoring Station is looking for a reliable monitoring operators for part-time or full-time work. Candidate must be able to work graveyards or evenings and be willing to work weekends plus some weekdays as needed.
This job requires an attentive candidate who is reliable, and able to work in a high speed environment.
Duties include:
- Monitoring video feeds from security cameras to detect suspicious activity, such as theft or vandalism
- Reporting any incidents to appropriate staff members
- Answer & dispatch alarms per customer instructions via alarm and video monitoring software
- Contacting emergency services in the event an emergency alarm is received
- Operating telephone switchboards to take calls from customers or clients and direct them to the appropriate person
Alarm monitoring or security experience is a benefit, but not required
Overnight Shift: 6pm-4am, 8pm-6am, 10pm-8am, etc
Evening Shift: 12pm-8pm, 2pm-10pm, etc
**All shifts are tentative and subject to change**
Training Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-1pm, 10am-4pm, etc
Must be able to pass a criminal record check
Job Types: Full time, Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
