310S Automotive Service Technician

Position Type: 310S Apprentice (Level 2 or Level 3)

Compensation: Depend on experience

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Location: London ON

The Technician is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing customer vehicles to ensure safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction while contributing to overall departmental success. A key priority for this role is to build brand loyalty by delivering a consistently positive customer experience.

The Technician demonstrates solid communication skills, the ability to listen effectively, and the capability to execute all aspects of the service process. They balance attention to detail with a big-picture mindset and consistently deliver high-quality results. The Technician is committed to continuous learning and strives to exceed customer expectations while upholding dealership standards and values.

As a team player, the Technician fosters positive working relationships across all areas of the dealership.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform vehicle maintenance and repairs efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose the source of malfunctions and complete required repairs
- Inspect vehicles to identify additional safety or service requirements
- Provide clear, written, and prioritized quotes for additional work
- Perform road tests and safety inspections
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards




- Maintain communication with Service Advisors and document findings clearly
- Complete all required dealership training and stay up to date
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspace
- Deliver exceptional customer service aligned with brand standards

1.Ability to operate manual and automatic vehicles

2.Basic computer skills

Education & Experience

1.Registered 310S Apprentice (Level 2 or Level 3)

2.College Diploma or Trade School Certificate (preferred)

3.Ozone Depletion Certificate (asset)

4.Valid Driver’s License

5.Previous automotive experience preferred

6.Dealership experience is an asset

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour
