Five Star Bath Solutions Windsor is growing our community event presence across Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent, and we're looking for an Event Sales Representative to join our booth team. This isn't a "greet and smile" role. We need someone who can strike up a conversation with a stranger, spot a real prospect, and get them booked for a consultation before they walk away from the booth.

If you've got sales instincts, event or promotions experience, and you genuinely enjoy talking to people, this is a role where your personality directly drives results and we want to reward that.

Responsibilities

- Proactively approach and engage attendees at rodeos, rib fests, night markets, and other local community events, this is not a "wait for people to come to you" role
- Qualify interest on the spot and sign up homeowners for a free consultation before they leave the booth
- Clearly and confidently explain our services (accessibility, maintenance, aesthetics, and functionality upgrades) in a way that builds genuine interest
- Own your numbers, track and report leads and sign-ups generated at each event
- Set up and break down the booth, keeping the space organized, on-brand, and welcoming
- Represent Five Star Bath Solutions Windsor with energy and professionalism,



building goodwill in the local community even with attendees who aren't ready to book

Qualifications

- Experience in sales, promotions, or lead generation you know how to move a conversation toward a commitment, not just a pleasant chat
- Experience working events, trade shows, or festivals is a strong plus
- Outgoing, confident, and comfortable approaching people you've never met
- Persistent and goal-driven, comfortable with a role that has real, measurable targets (bookings signed per event)
- Reliable, energetic, and able to be on your feet for extended periods in an outdoor/festival environment
- Availability on evenings and weekends for local events across Windsor-Essex and Chatham-Kent

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
