We are looking for a knowledgeable and customer-focused Auto Parts Associate to join our Automotive team. You will be the go-to resource for customers seeking advice, parts, and solutions for their vehicles. This role requires a blend of technical curiosity and retail excellence, ensuring every customer leaves with the right part for the job.

Core Responsibilities

- Technical Assistance: Help customers identify and locate the correct automotive parts using electronic catalogs and inventory systems.
- Counter Service: Provide professional, efficient service at the parts counter, handling transactions and special orders.
- Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing automotive merchandise to maintain an accurate and tidy department.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on automotive trends, tools, and seasonal products (such as tires, batteries, and fluids) to provide expert recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Support:



Work closely with the Service Desk and shop team to coordinate parts for service orders.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Knowledge Base: Basic to intermediate knowledge of automotive systems and components is preferred.
- Communication: Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers with varying levels of automotive expertise.
- Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy when looking up parts and managing inventory codes.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and lift automotive products (e.g., batteries, oil cases, or brake rotors) as needed.
- Computer Literacy: Comfortable navigating inventory databases and point-of-sale systems.
- Availability: Adaptable schedule including evenings and weekends to meet store needs.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
