Responsibilities

- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders using various accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, or PeopleSoft.
- Ensure all accounts payable transactions comply with company policies and internal controls.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies promptly through effective communication with suppliers and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate records of payments, invoices, and related documentation for audit purposes.
- Assist with data entry tasks related to accounts receivable, payroll processing via ADP or UltiPro, and HRIS systems like Ceridian or Kronos.




- Support month-end closing activities by preparing reports on outstanding payables and account reconciliation.
- Collaborate with the human resources department on vendor-related inquiries and other administrative tasks involving accounting software like Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

Skills

- Proven experience working with accounting software such as Workday, QuickBooks, Sage, PeopleSoft, or similar platforms.
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy in processing invoices and financial transactions.
- Knowledge of accounts payable procedures, account reconciliation, and bookkeeping best practices.
- Familiarity with accounts receivable processes and payroll systems including ADP, UltiPro, Kronos, or Ceridian.
- Excellent analysis skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new accounting systems and software tools while maintaining attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams involved in financial operations.

Pay: $48,843.04-$74,827.86 per year
