What You’ll Do:• Handle incoming calls, emails, web chats, and social media inquiries
- Offer and promote maintenance plans and memberships
- Book and follow up on service estimates and opportunities
- Upsell maintenance services and other home comfort solutions (we’ll train you!)
- Coordinate technicians efficiently and keep customers informed
- Process payments and update customer records
- Contribute to sales goals and earn bonuses and commissions for your results
What You Bring:
- Strong communication and time management skills
- A friendly, customer-first attitude
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy setting
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Inside sales or scheduling experience (HVAC or trades background is an asset)
Availability:
Full-time position – must be flexible for daytime, evening, or weekend shifts
Salary: $20 per hour + bonuses and commission opportunities
