About the Role

Orane International College is seeking a motivated and results-driven Student Admissions Advisor to join our team. This hybrid role combines remote work with in-office appointments, campus tours, and recruitment events.

As the first point of contact for prospective students, you will guide them through the admissions process, provide program information, and help them enroll in the program that best suits their career goals.

Responsibilities

- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, text, and social media
- Conduct admissions consultations (virtual and in person)
- Follow up with prospective students and convert leads into enrollments
- Explain programs, tuition, and financing options
- Process admissions paperwork and maintain accurate student records
- Schedule campus tours and interviews
- Meet monthly enrollment goals
- Represent the college at open houses and recruitment events





Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in sales, admissions, or customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable with phone sales and lead follow-up
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Experience in education or the beauty industry is an asset
