The Role: Beer Manager

We're looking for a beer-savvy, customer-focused leader to run the beer department at our recent Wine and Beyond location in Regina. As Beer Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for all things beer—craft, local, import, and more. You’ll lead a team, drive sales, manage inventory, and create an outstanding customer experience.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support a high-performing department team

- Drive beer sales and customer engagement

- Plan and host in-store tastings and events

- Keep your department clean, stocked, and visually appealing

- Manage inventory, ordering, and product launches

- Maintain compliance with safety and liquor regulations

- Support daily store operations and collaborate with management

What You Bring

- 2+ years of retail or liquor experience

- Supervisory or leadership experience (preferred)

- Strong beer knowledge (Cicerone Level 1 or similar is a plus)

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Serve It Right certification (or ability to get it)





- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet

- Available evenings and weekends

- Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation
