Job Summary

Are you passionate about helping others achieve their health and wellness goals? Ewyn Weight Loss Studio is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and results-driven Health & Wellness Coach to join our team. This role combines personalized client coaching, sales, customer service, and administrative support in a positive and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct comprehensive client consultations to assess health history, lifestyle, weight loss goals, and individual challenges.
- Develop personalized wellness plans and provide ongoing coaching, accountability, and motivation through regular check-ins.
- Educate clients on nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, exercise, stress management, and sustainable behavior change.
- Monitor client progress, evaluate results, and adjust wellness plans to maximize success.
- Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Confidently recommend and sell wellness programs, products, and services that align with each client's goals.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of all studio products, services, and promotions to effectively educate clients and retail customers.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals through consultations, follow-up, and client retention.
- Generate new business opportunities through referrals, community outreach, and social media engagement.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, client communications, follow-up calls, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate client records, progress notes, and reports while ensuring confidentiality.
- Support studio marketing initiatives by creating and sharing engaging content on social media platforms.





Qualifications & Skills

- Previous experience in sales with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience in health, wellness, fitness, nutrition, medical aesthetics, or customer service is considered an asset.
- Robust communication and teaching skills with the ability to explain health concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and long-lasting client relationships.
- Knowledge of nutrition, fitness principles, weight management, and behavior change strategies.
- Highly motivated with a passion for helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfort using computer-based scheduling and client management systems.
- Strong working knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram and Facebook.
- Professional, positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
