Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Bilingual AML Investigator to join their team. As a Bilingual AML Investigator, you will be part of the Compliance Department supporting AML investigations and client risk assessments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:$35
What's the Job?
- Conduct periodic, quarterly, and annual AML/KYC reviews using client systems such as SAS, Actimize, and Oracle.
- Perform enhanced due diligence activities including open-source searches, negative media checks, and name screening (World-Check, LexisNexis, etc.).
- Investigate and analyze transactions to identify red flags or unusual activity indicative of criminal behavior.
- Prepare reports for regulatory submission, including suspicious transaction reports when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project targets and ensure compliance standards are maintained.
What's Needed?
- Fluency in both written and spoken French; proficiency in English is a strong asset.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in AML investigations, particularly involving complex case management.
- Experience managing alerts and navigating investigation processes within a Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU) environment.
- Proficiency with industry tools such as SAS, Actimize, Oracle, World-Check, LexisNexis, and Refinitiv.
- Experience handling high-risk profiles and performing demarketing or remediation projects.
