What You'll Be Responsible For:

- Installing custom sunrooms, patio enclosures, and motorized screen systems according to project specifications and construction plans.
- Safely operating hand and power tools required for installation.
- Organizing materials, tools, and equipment to support efficient project completion.
- Maintaining a clean and professional job site.
- Completing work orders and project documentation accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborating with installation crews, production teams, and administrative staff.
- Maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and customers.
- Representing the company professionally on customer job sites.
- Supporting a team-oriented and respectful work workplace.




- Following all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
- Working in compliance with applicable occupational health and safety regulations.
- Participating in team meetings, training sessions, and company initiatives as required.

The Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum of 1 - 3+ years of general construction or installation experience.
- Experience with deck building, roofing, framing, renovations, or related construction trades is considered an asset.
- Ability to accurately read a tape measure and understand measurements.
- Previous experience with hand and power tools, including drills, saws, and caulking equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and professional with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights when required.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays based on project demands.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
