Registered Physiotherapist for Performance Recovery Therapy Inc. (Scarborough)

Performance Recovery Therapy Inc. is a multidisciplinary clinic in Scarborough offering physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage therapy in a fully-equipped space that includes a gym/rehab area and multiple treatment rooms. We are a true one-stop centre for optimizing performance for everyone from elite athletes to soccer moms and everyone in between.

We're currently looking to add a Registered Physiotherapist to our Scarborough team (new grads are welcome)! You won't be building your caseload alone: you'll have the support of a team-oriented, multidisciplinary team. We conduct bi-weekly mentorship sessions with the team, and a strategized mentorship onboarding mentorship program with one of our senior physiotherapists designed to help you learn from us as well as from each other, right from day one.

Responsibilities:

- Assess, diagnose, and treat clients presenting with musculoskeletal, orthopedic, and sport-related conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Educate clients on injury prevention, mobility, and strengthening strategies
- Collaborate with chiropractic and massage therapy colleagues to provide integrated care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed and treatment spaces are kept clean and organized

Requirements: Registered (or registration-eligible) with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario (CPO) New grads welcome to apply!
