We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker with a minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in the manufacturing and assembly of custom cabinetry. Preference will be given to candidates with five (5) or more years of experience.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, able to work independently, and committed to producing high-quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
Read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications. Manufacture and assemble custom kitchen cabinets, vanities, closets, and other millwork.
Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and efficiently, including panel saws, edge banders, routers, drills, and table saws.
Measure, cut, shape, and assemble wood, plywood, MDF, laminates, and other cabinet materials.
Install cabinet hardware, including hinges, drawer slides, handles, and other components.
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
Maintain a clean, organized,
and safe work environment.
Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules.
Follow all workplace health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cabinet Maker or in custom millwork manufacturing (5 years preferred).
Strong knowledge of woodworking techniques, materials, and cabinet construction.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Experience operating woodworking machinery and power tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding work.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
