Job Overview:

We are looking to add Production Team Members on all shifts!

As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for efficiently filling customer orders while providing the highest level of quality possible.

No experience necessary, we are willing to train!

Key Responsibilities:

· Sort sprues from finished product.

· Monitor hoppers to ensure they have enough raw materials.

· Grind sprues and empty grinders.

· Count and weigh finished product.

· Package product according to customer requirements.

· Clean totes and prepare product labels.

· Report machine malfunctions to Supervisor.

· Report excessive defective parts to Supervisor.

· Run manually operated processes.

· Perform secondary operations (sanding, sorting, trimming,



assembly, etc.).

Qualifications:

· Ability to lift up to 35lbs

· Ability to stand for 8 hours

· Ability to bend, twist, kneel

What We Offer:

· Straight shift, no rotation

- Days 6:55am – 3:15pm
- Afternoons 2:55pm – 11:15pm
- Midnights 10:55pm – 7:15am

· Starting rate of $18.31 per hour plus shift premium for afternoon and midnight shift
