Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Scale House Operator to manage the weighing and processing of incoming and outgoing materials at our warehouse facility. Also quality control. This role is essential in ensuring accurate inventory tracking, efficient shipping and receiving operations, and maintaining smooth warehouse flow. The ideal candidate will have experience with warehouse management systems, using commercial scales, and quality control processes. Duties

- Operate scale equipment to weigh inbound and outbound trucks accurately
- Manage shipping & receiving documentation using warehouse management systems such as Logitrack, quickbooks or MRP software
- Assist with order picking, packing, and order fulfillment tasks to ensure timely dispatch of goods
- Maintain accurate records of weights, shipments, and inventory movements
- Support warehouse distribution activities by organizing materials for efficient storage and retrieval




- Check quality control for incoming fruit
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to streamline processes related to e-commerce order processing and packaging

Experience

- Prior experience in warehouse management, shipping & receiving, or distribution centers preferred
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems such as Logitrack, Quickbooks or MRP software is a plus
- Quality Control experience
- Basic math skills for calculating weights and measurements accurately
- Knowledge of warehouse safety protocols and ability to operate equipment safely
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and inventory management

This role requires physical stamina for standing, walking, and operating equipment throughout the shift. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced workplace that emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Pay: $18.75 per hour
