Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused **Customer Service Representative** to join our team as a **part-time remote independent contractor**.

The ideal candidate must be **currently residing in Canada** and have **strong English communication skills** and **previous phone-based customer service experience**.

In this role, you will primarily handle **customer phone interactions**, including responding to **inbound calls** and occasionally making **outbound follow-up calls**. You will assist customers with membership and account-related inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a professional customer experience.

Schedule & Payment:

- Schedule: 3-4 days per week, during 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time. Working days are flexible and may vary based on business needs, including occasional weekend shifts.

- Payment is issued monthly via Wise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle **customer phone inquiries**, including **inbound calls and occasional outbound follow-ups**, to provide professional support for membership, account,



billing, and service-related requests.

- Communicate clearly and empathetically with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

- Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive customer experience.

- Assist customers with account issues, billing questions, and general service requests.

- Follow established procedures and document customer interactions accurately.

- Occasionally assist with email support, live chat, and other customer service tasks when needed.

Qualifications:

- **Must be currently residing in Canada.**

- **Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, with phone-based customer support experience preferred.**

- **Robust verbal and written English communication skills.**

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.

- Ability to remain patient, professional, and customer-focused in different situations.

- Comfortable working remotely and managing tasks independently.

- Experience handling customer inquiries, complaints, and account-related issues is preferred.

Pay: $19.00-$22.00 per hour
