Bathroom Cleaner – Marco Polo Land Campground

Location: Marco Polo Land Campground – Cavendish, PEI
Position Type: Seasonal, Full-Time (44 hours/week)

About the Role

Marco Polo Land Campground is looking for a reliable, hardworking Bathroom Cleaner to help keep our campground facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for our guests. Clean washroom facilities are an important part of the guest experience, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness.

This position follows a consistent weekly schedule of 44 hours per week, providing stability throughout the camping season.

Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize campground washroom buildings.
- Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, showers, and fixtures.
- Sweep, mop, and sanitize floors.
- Clean walls, partitions, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other washroom supplies.
- Empty garbage and recycling bins.
- Report maintenance issues or supply shortages to management.
- Follow all cleaning and safety procedures while using cleaning products.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all campground guests.

Qualifications

- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable performing physical work, including walking, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
- Previous cleaning experience is an asset but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Positive attitude and commitment to providing a clean environment for our guests.
