Position Overview
At Scholars Education Centre, we are more than just a tutoring service—we are a team of dedicated educators committed to helping students reach their full potential. As a Tutor and Mentor, you will provide personalized academic support that goes beyond the classroom, in a low student-to-teacher ratio setting where every session truly matters.

We are seeking passionate, motivated individuals who take pride in helping students succeed, and who want to be part of a collaborative and inspiring learning environment.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver engaging lessons in a low student-to-teacher environment
- Provide individualized instruction in Math, French, English, and Science
- Work with students to achieve real academic progress and build confidence
- Follow personalized learning plans and provide constructive feedback
- Use provided textbooks and resources to support each lesson
- Create a positive, supportive, and motivating learning atmosphere

What We’re Looking For

- Currently enrolled in or completed a University Degree or Post-secondary studies in a related field
- Confident tutoring Grades 8–12 Math, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and/or Science




- Previous experience in tutoring or mentoring is a robust asset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask
- A team player who can also thrive independently
- Passionate about education and student success

Schedule

- Monday to Thursday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- Weekends as needed
