Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Run food promptly – hot food should never sit in the window
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience
- Upsell menu items and promote daily specials
- Process payments accurately
- Complete assigned side duties and closing duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your section
Requirements:
- Previous serving experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
- Availability for weekends and holidays
