Overview
We are seeking dedicated and skilled Crew Members to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various construction and maintenance projects, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. The ideal candidates will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating heavy equipment, contributing to the successful execution of our projects.

Duties

- Operate heavy equipment including loaders, graders, and bulldozers, excavators to assist in construction and maintenance tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to build and maintain infrastructure, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for all crew members.
- Assist in the transportation of materials and equipment to job sites as needed.
- Demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and supervisors throughout project execution.





Qualifications

- Proven experience in heavy equipment operation, specifically with loaders, graders, excavators and bulldozers.
- Mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
- 1A License and Familiarity with commercial driving regulations is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills related to construction techniques.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 – 80.0 per week
