We are currently looking for a Sales and Finance Manager!

Responsibilities including, but not limited to:

● Supporting the efforts of the Sales and Finance departments to ensure success

● Maintaining and developing excellent customer service skills

● Demonstrating knowledge of all products offered

● Calling banks and maximizing the offering approved by the financial institution

● Collecting stipulations required by the bank for funding

● Protecting the legal and financial welfare of the dealership

● Administrative duties as required by the department

Skills and Attributes:

● Strong leadership and team building skills

● Knowledge of prime and sub-prime markets

● Demonstrated knowledge of contracts

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

● Strong time management skills,



able to meet deadlines

● Self-driven, motivated

● Must have/obtain valid AMVIC licence

● Previous automotive finance experience preferred, willing to train the right candidate

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
