We are looking for a dependable, hardworking individual to join our production team. Previous screen printing experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Starting wage is based on experience, with opportunities for wage increases based on performance.

Responsibilities

- Operate screen printing equipment
- Set up and tear down print jobs
- Load garments onto the printing press
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Package and prepare completed orders
- Unpack and organize incoming apparel
- Load and unload boxes weighing up to 40 lbs
- Clean and maintain production equipment and work areas
- Assist with general shop duties as required

Requirements

- Reliable and punctual
- Must be dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous screen printing experience is an asset, but not required
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be legally entitled to work in Canada

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
