Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Bilingual New Construction Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese to join our team. This role is ideal for a sales professional who enjoys working with homebuyers, investors, and Realtors in the new home and condominium market.

The successful candidate will assist clients throughout the purchasing process, provide exceptional customer service, and represent our developments with professionalism and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist prospective purchasers at the sales centre.
- Present and promote new home and condominium developments to buyers and Realtors.
- Conduct model home and presentation centre tours.
- Explain floor plans, features, finishes, pricing, incentives, and available inventory.
- Guide purchasers through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signing purchase agreements.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective buyers, Realtors, and referral partners.
- Respond promptly to phone, email, and online inquiries.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads using the company's CRM system.
- Stay informed on market trends, competing developments, and local real estate activity.
- Participate in sales launches, special events, and marketing initiatives.




- Work collaboratively with management, marketing, and customer care teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in recent construction sales, residential real estate, or a related sales role is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the pre-construction home or condominium purchasing process is an asset.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Professional, outgoing, and customer-focused.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable working weekends and statutory holidays, with weekdays off, as required by the sales centre schedule.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
