Responsibilities

- Provide professional massage therapy treatments to clients, customizing techniques based on their specific health concerns and preferences
- Conduct thorough client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and goals
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of client treatments, progress, and health history in compliance with privacy regulations
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures, benefits, and aftercare instructions to enhance their understanding and comfort
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment following all health and safety standards
- Stay updated on the latest massage therapy techniques, industry trends,



and best practices through ongoing education
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care

Experience

- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing or regulatory body in your region
- Proven experience delivering massage therapy services in a skilled setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology to accurately understand client conditions and communicate effectively with healthcare providers
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and trusting environment for clients
- Excellent communication skills to explain treatment options clearly and listen attentively to client needs
- Prior experience working with diverse client populations is an asset
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail
