Duties
- Safely operate your personal vehicle to deliver medications to customers’ residences, following all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Load and unload medication packages, often requiring heavy lifting and moving items within the vehicle or at delivery sites
- Communicate clearly with customers to confirm delivery details, answer questions, and provide exceptional service
- Maintain accurate delivery logs, route documentation, and ensure all deliveries are completed on time
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving stock or supplies when necessary, utilizing forklift skills if certified
- Follow proper procedures for handling sensitive medications, ensuring security and confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize routes and improve overall delivery efficiency
Experience
- Prior experience in commercial driving or courier services is highly desirable
- Warehouse experience including moving heavy items or operating equipment such as forklifts is a plus
- Strong communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members
- Ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently during deliveries or warehouse tasks
- Familiarity with moving items within storage or distribution environments enhances performance in this role
