Irvine Tack & Western Wear is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team. We are currently hiring Full & Part for the following positions

*Sales

*Cashiers

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their shopping experience
- Assist customers in locating products and provide detailed product demos when necessary
- Conduct sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash or card payments with integrity
- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to increase sales and meet customer needs
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse customers, including bilingual interactions if applicable
- Utilize organizational skills to manage time efficiently during busy periods and ensure smooth store operations
- Uphold phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers remotely

Qualifications

- Self Motivated, Punctual, Reliable




- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and active listening
- Ability to perform product demos confidently and persuasively in a technical sales environment
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive customer experience
- A friendly attitude, professionalism, and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
