Nirvah Beauty Ayurvedic Wellness is a boutique Ayurvedic wellness clinic and retail space located in the heart of Gravenhurst. We are passionate about helping our clients feel their best through thoughtful care, exceptional customer service, and high-quality Ayurvedic products and therapies.

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail & Front Desk Associate.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression
- Assist customers with retail purchases and product recommendations
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries
- Book, reschedule, and manage appointments using our booking system
- Process payments and maintain accurate daily transactions
- Keep the retail area clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Open and close the retail space when scheduled
- Work independently while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Qualifications

Required:

- Previous customer service or retail experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision




- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Comfortable using computers and online booking systems
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

Assets (Not Required):

- Experience in a wellness clinic, spa, beauty, or healthcare setting
- Knowledge or interest in Ayurveda, natural health, or skincare
- Experience with point-of-sale systems

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people and creating positive customer experiences. The ideal candidate is proactive, takes initiative, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable managing the retail space independently while supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic.

- Part-time
- Weekday and Saturday availability required
