In this position you will:

- Supervise the shift by ensuring your team has all the tools they need to succeed
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for our guests as well as follow all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment
- Coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high standards of operation
- Promote a respectful team workplace and manage team members with open communication and understanding
- Supervise inventory and ordering
