Responsibilities

- Deliver evidence-based ABA therapy sessions tailored to each child's unique needs, focusing on skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
- Collect, record, and analyze data on client progress to inform treatment adjustments and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Collaborate with supervisors, educators, and families to develop and modify treatment plans that promote consistent progress.
- Support children in daily activities, including social interactions, communication, self-care, and educational tasks.
- Administer medication as prescribed, following all safety protocols and documentation procedures.
- Maintain a safe and engaging setting that encourages learning and positive behavior reinforcement.




- Document session notes accurately and complete all required reports in compliance with organizational standards.

Requirements

- Experience working with children in educational or therapeutic settings is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of special education principles and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
- Ability to administer medication safely when necessary, adhering to medical guidelines.
- Strong understanding of patient care practices relevant to pediatric populations.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health or developmental disorders.
- Proficiency in data collection methods to track progress effectively over time.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and a genuine passion for helping children succeed.
