Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and qualified Bartender/Server to join our vibrant hospitality team. The ideal candidate will create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, craft high-quality beverages, and ensure excellent customer service. The position requires a strong focus on hospitality, food safety, and efficient service delivery to enhance the overall guest experience.

Duties

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Lightspeed K series.
- Take drink orders from guests, ensuring timely and courteous service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling responsibilities.
- Restock bar supplies and monitor inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with guests to provide exceptional customer service, addressing any special requests or concerns.
- Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest identification and adhering to legal drinking age regulations.
- Follow food safety protocols when handling food items or garnishes associated with beverages.




- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple guests efficiently without compromising quality.

Experience

- Previous experience working as a bartender in a restaurant or food industry setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is highly desirable.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and calculating tabs accurately.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol serving practices.
- Experience in food handling, serving, and hospitality environments is beneficial.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders during peak hours efficiently.
