Position Overview

KCC is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Campus Director to oversee the operations of our Surrey campus. The successful candidate will provide strong leadership in campus administration, daily operations, student services, and facility management while ensuring a safe, welcoming, and effective learning environment.

The Campus Director will work closely with senior leadership to support institutional goals, maintain regulatory compliance, lead campus teams, and continuously improve the overall student and staff experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide leadership and oversight for all day-to-day campus operations and administrative functions.
- Ensure campus facilities are safe, organized, and maintained to support quality learning experiences.
- Lead, mentor, and support campus staff while collaborating with faculty and academic teams.
- Develop, implement, and maintain campus procedures in alignment with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor operational budgets, manage expenses, and support efficient use of campus resources.
- Assist with student services, scheduling, orientations, and campus activities.
- Respond effectively to student, staff, and stakeholder concerns with professionalism and care.
- Coordinate campus events,



initiatives, and activities that enhance student engagement.
- Ensure compliance with PTIRU requirements, institutional standards, and applicable regulations.
- Prepare operational reports and provide performance updates to senior leadership.
- Identify opportunities to improve campus efficiency, service delivery, and student satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education Leadership, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of leadership, management, or supervisory experience; experience in a post-secondary or educational workplace is an asset.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and resource management.
- Knowledge of educational regulations, compliance requirements, and workplace safety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and campus management systems.
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling confidential matters with discretion.

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
