Pacific Coast Catering is one of Vancouver’s largest corporate-only catering companies, proudly serving businesses across the Lower Mainland for over 20 years. We specialize exclusively in corporate events—from executive boardroom meetings and conferences to large-scale BBQs, product launches, and elegant gala dinners.

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Catering Manager to lead our event operations team and help deliver exceptional client experiences every day.

About the Role

As our Catering Manager, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of our off-premise catering division. You’ll oversee staffing, event logistics, equipment, transportation, and on-site execution while ensuring every event meets the high standards Pacific Coast Catering is known for.

Working alongside our General Manager and Executive Chef, you’ll help build an outstanding operations team while creating systems that allow our business to continue growing.

This is a leadership position where your success will be measured by the strength of your team and the quality of every event we deliver.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Lead, coach, and mentor Catering Supervisors, Shift Leads, and event staff.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing catering team.
- Schedule staff and manage labour efficiently.
- Coordinate staffing, equipment, transportation, and event logistics.
- Review Event Orders (EOs) and ensure every event is fully prepared.
- Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.
- Maintain exceptional food presentation and service standards.
- Build positive relationships with our corporate clients.
- Ensure equipment, vehicles, and inventory are organized and event-ready.




- Solve operational challenges quickly and professionally.
- Help improve systems, procedures, and overall operational efficiency.
- Promote a positive, professional, and team-focused workplace culture.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has 3–5+ years of catering, hospitality, or event operations management experience.
- Is a confident and positive leader who enjoys developing people.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Is highly organized and able to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Has outstanding communication and problem-solving skills.
- Leads with professionalism, accountability, and integrity.
- Is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Holds a valid Class 5 driver’s licence.
- Has experience using CaterEase or similar event management software (an asset).
- Holds FoodSafe and Serving It Right certifications (preferred).

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
