As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and client-focused Associate Group Advisor to join our energetic team.

Position Summary:
The Associate Group Advisor will support the planning, implementation, and day-to-day service of our Group Benefits and Group Retirement clients. Working closely with senior advisors, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys building client relationships, has strong analytical and communication skills, and is eager to develop expertise in employee benefits and pension solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Complete renewals of group benefits and retirement plans
- Support advisors in preparing plan analyses, proposals, reports, and presentations
- Help onboard new group clients and support plan implementations
- Maintain accurate client records and manage ongoing client service needs
- Liaise with insurance carriers and providers to resolve issues and coordinate plan updates
- Attend client meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow-up
- Stay current on industry trends, compliance updates, and product developments

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education in business, finance,



human resources, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in group benefits, pensions, HR, or financial services preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with benefits admin software an asset
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Enrollment in (or willingness to pursue) relevant industry certifications (e.g., CEBS, GBA, RPA, LLQP)
