Overview
We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter/Slaughterman for a permanent part time position. We are a small government inspected meat processing business. We do on site slaughtering and process the carcasses per customer orders. We deal with beef, swine, lambs and goats.
Responsibilities
- Working in the processing room (Breaking down animals, making cuts and trim)
- Working in the kill floor (Slaughtering, skinning etc)
Requirements
- Formal experience in meat cutting
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
