Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced General Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and supporting the overall financial health of the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Report directly to the Director of Accounting
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
- Assist with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
- Support accounting operations and process improvements




- Provide administrative and accounting support to management as required

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience
- Strong experience with Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and general bookkeeping
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and support business operations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications

Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:

- Accounting/bookkeeping : 5 years (required)
