A motivated organized and detail-oriented Cross Dock Administration Clerk to support our fast-paced warehouse cross dock transportation operation. This position plays a key role in managing inbound and outbound documentation, trailer flow coordination, warehouse reporting, and equipment compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in transportation or warehousing, and the ability to communicate effectively with drivers, dispatch, supervisors, and warehouse staff. Forklift experience is considered a strong asset.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and verify inbound and outbound freight manifests
- Coordinate trailer-to-door allocations with warehouse operations and shunt drivers
- Maintain and organize warehouse audit documentation and reports
- Enter and track OS&D; (Overages, Shortages & Damages) reports accurately
- Complete preventative maintenance documentation and reporting
- Maintain forklift and shunt truck pre-trip inspection records
- Assist with daily dock flow coordination and freight movement updates
- Communicate shipment discrepancies and operational issues to supervisors and dispatch




- Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and filed in a timely manner
- Support health & safety compliance and operational reporting requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

- Minimum 1–2 years experience in transportation, warehouse administration, or cross dock operations preferred
- Strong knowledge of inbound/outbound freight documentation and manifests
- Experience with OS&D; reporting and warehouse audits considered an asset
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Forklift experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced cross dock environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
