Duties

- Engage with customers to understand their travel preferences, needs, and budgets, providing tailored recommendations for destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Promote and sell a wide range of travel products including holiday packages, hotel stays, flights, cruises, and excursions
- Build strong relationships with clients by delivering outstanding customer service before, during, and after their bookings
- Assist customers in planning complex itineraries, offering expert advice on travel documentation, visas, insurance options, and safety tips
- Manage reservations efficiently using booking systems,



ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of all travel arrangements
- Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and foster ongoing relationships for future bookings
- Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destination updates, and promotional offers to maximize sales opportunities

Experience

- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles within the travel or hospitality industry is highly desirable
- Familiarity with hotel operations or hospitality services enhances your ability to recommend suitable accommodations and amenities
- Strong communication skills with an energetic approach to engaging customers and understanding their needs
- Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of booking platforms, travel management software, or reservation systems is a plus
