What You'll Do

Every day is different.

Typical projects include:

- Drywall repairs
- Interior painting and touch-ups
- Door adjustments and installations
- Trim and baseboard repairs
- Cabinet installations and repairs
- Fence and deck repairs
- Flooring repairs
- Window and door servicing
- Hardware replacement
- Bathroom and kitchen fixture installation
- General carpentry
- Small plumbing repairs




- Light electrical fixture replacement
- Home maintenance and repair projects

You will:

- Work independently in occupied homes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Keep customers informed throughout the repair
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Follow company systems and procedures
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit

Requirements

You should have:

- Minimum two years of handyman, renovation, maintenance, or construction experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Clean Criminal Record Check
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Basic hand tools
- Ability to lift, climb ladders,



and safely perform physical work
- Comfortable working independently in occupied homes
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience preparing estimates or discussing repair options with homeowners is considered a strong asset.
