About Us

Colour Alliance is a family-owned distributor of solvent-free, water-based coatings and adhesives for the window, door, and specialty manufacturing industry, backed by over 60 years of combined experience in paint application. We're growing our sales team and looking for someone based out of our Bolton office to keep our pipeline moving.

The Role

We need a detail-oriented, self-motivated Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to drive new business activity and keep our sales operations running smoothly. This is not a field sales role, you won't be travelling to client sites or running product demos. You'll be the engine behind the scenes: generating and qualifying leads, keeping our CRM in order, and supporting marketing efforts, while our sales and technical team handles in-person meetings and demos.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and generate new leads
- Follow up promptly on inbound leads and inquiries to keep them warm and moving through the pipeline
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for our sales team
- Keep our monday.com CRM board fully up to date — tracking leads, follow-ups, and deal stages
- Support marketing initiatives: email campaigns, social media content, and coordinating marketing collateral




- Provide regular pipeline updates and reporting to management

What We're Looking For

- Comfortable and confident making cold calls and handling rejection
- Strong organizational skills — you keep a CRM clean without being asked twice
- Some marketing experience or comfort learning email/social platforms
- Clear written and verbal communication
- Experience with monday.com or similar CRM/project tools is an asset
- Prior inside sales, sales support, or customer service experience preferred
- Manufacturing, building products, or industrial/B2B sales background is a plus but not required

Details

- Compensation: $50,000/year base
- Bonus: 10%+ performance-based bonus tied to activity and results (calls, qualified leads, CRM upkeep)

- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Location: In-office at our Bolton, ON location (not remote/hybrid)
