The Opportunity:
We are seeking passionate, patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our team for a LOCUM position in Whitby Mall Dental. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced dentists and those early in their careers looking to grow in a supportive, high-performing environment.
You will have the autonomy to practice dentistry your way, while benefiting from a steady patient flow, experienced support staff, and a collaborative leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dental care including diagnosis, treatment planning, and execution
- Build strong, trusting relationships with patients and families
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records in accordance with RCDSO standards
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative teams to deliver seamless care
- Uphold infection prevention and control (IPAC) and all regulatory standards
- Participate in ongoing clinical development and team collaboration
- Contribute to a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program
- Licensed and in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and patient engagement abilities
- Commitment to high-quality, ethical dentistry
- Team-oriented mindset with a growth mentality
