We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer‑focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering a welcoming and professional experience—both in person and over the phone. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy supporting customers and team members, we’d love to meet you.

Typical workday:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive at the dealership
- Answer and direct incoming calls using a multi‑line phone system
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area and zoom lounge
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve basic inquiries
- Data entry and deal folder preparation
- Various administrative assignments as required

Qualifications:

- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- Previous experience in a reception/administrative role would be an asset
- Strong communication skills – both verbal and written




- Proficiency with computers, basic office software, and phone systems
- Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong customer service orientation
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a reception/administrative role would be an asset
- Available to work a variety of daytime/evening/weekend shifts
