Clad-Tech is hiring a Warehouse & Materials Coordinator (Contract) to support busy-season operations by managing incoming materials, inventory organization, picking/packing for job sites, and coordinating deliveries. This role is critical to keeping crews productive-ensuring the right materials are staged, labeled, and delivered to site on time, with accurate tracking and clean documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and verify shipments (count, condition, packing slips) and report discrepancies or damages.

- Organize and maintain inventory in the yard/warehouse; label and stage materials by project.

- Pick, pack, and prepare materials, fasteners, and accessories for daily site needs.

- Coordinate deliveries and pickups with drivers, suppliers, and site teams; confirm delivery windows and access requirements.

- Track material movement (in/out), maintain basic logs, and support purchase order/receiving documentation.

- Support loading/unloading using forklift or pallet jack (as applicable)



and follow safe lifting/handling practices.

- Keep the warehouse and staging areas clean, secure, and well organized.

- Communicate shortages, delays, or missing items early to the Project Manager / Site Superintendent.

Qualifications

- 1-3 years in a warehouse, construction materials, or logistics coordination role (preferred).

- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under time pressure.

- Comfortable working around construction materials (metal panels, glazing materials, fasteners, sealants).

- Forklift certification is an asset (or willingness to obtain).

- Valid driver's license (asset if occasional deliveries are required).

- Strong communication and reliability; bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
